About This Opportunity
SHRM Labs' WorkplaceTech Accelerator 2027 is a 14-week program for high-growth technology startups solving problems involving work, workers and the workplace. Selected companies receive a $200,000 equity investment (not a grant), a customized advisory council of HR and business executives, product and market feedback, business-development exposure, SHRM conference showcases, and access to SHRM's large employer and HR network. The program combines virtual and in-person participation, so an Omaha company can apply without being located near SHRM headquarters. It is particularly relevant to startups developing HR technology, workforce AI, employee training/upskilling, recruiting or skills verification, employee experience platforms, compliance/offboarding technology, workplace analytics, and AI-enabled management tools. Applications opened September 1, 2026; deadline is November 1, 2026.
