About This Opportunity
The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) FY 2026 program is intended to develop, expand, and strengthen services for victims of human trafficking. Eligible applicants include public and state institutions of higher education. A University of Nebraska proposal could plausibly involve health care, behavioral health, social services, legal assistance, research/evaluation, workforce or economic-stability services, or coordinated community partnerships. A cost-sharing requirement applies.
