DREION, born Da’Dreion Murrell, is a North Omaha native whose journey from foster care to national television has inspired fans across the country. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, DREION is known for his dynamic stage presence and signature “cowbell tree,” a unique percussion setup he developed to blend his love of rhythm and melody15. He first caught America’s attention with a show-stopping rendition of Earth, Wind & Fire’s “Shining Star” during The Voice blind auditions, earning a rare four-chair turn from the coaches, including Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire, Gwen Stefani, and Michael Bublé25. Ultimately, he chose to join Team Snoop, further cementing his status as a rising star.
